Meal Plans

Having a plan just makes everything seem better, don’t you think? It gives you a sense of direction.  I have the best success when I start the week off knowing what I’m going to eat rather than leaving it to chance. I’m almost finding that I am spending less money at the grocery.  I purchase my needed ingredients and move on rather than  indlessly purchasing items that I may not even use.

My plans tend to evolve over time with me and what I feel like I need.  But, for the most partners they are 21 Day Fix and Paleo Friendly.
